Our terms and conditions are in place to keep your pet safe and make their stay with us run smoothly
Hot Dog Hols are fully insured but please take the time to familiarise yourself with our standard terms and conditions.
All new Hot Dog Hols clients must complete a client booking form prior to their booking. Information on this form will be retained for our client records and to help us make your pet’s stay happy and safe. By providing a signature on the form you have indicated you have read and understood our terms and conditions and have verified that the information provided on the form is truthful and accurate. Where a written booking form is not completed acceptance of these terms and conditions are implied through use and payment of Hot Dog Hols services and fees respectively.
Your information will be kept securely and not shared with third parties. With prior permission we may contact you from time to time with offers and updates on our service. Clients can opt out of marketing contact at any time.
All prices are quoted and agreed at time of booking.
50% deposit is required for holiday bookings with full fees due on collection of your pet, or on the first day of your pets stay. During the summer months of May, June, July, August deposits are non refundable. Christmas bookings are also non refundable. Dates are not secured until a completed booking form and deposit has been received. Please do not book flights or holidays prior to booking confirmation.
During none summer months cancellations can be made up to two weeks prior to your booking. Cancellations made within 14 days are liable for full fees.
If Hot Dog Hols has to cancel we will endeavor to find alternative accommodation for your pet. If this is not possible a full refund will be provided.
Hot Dog Hols can accept no liability for associated charges incurred due to unforeseen circumstances.
Bookings must be made and confirmed in writing before they are entered into Hot Dog Hols booking system.
Hot Dog Hols are fully insured, but can accept no liability for the loss or injury to your pet(s), persons to whom your pet comes into contact with or associated equipment. This includes any damages or actions caused or taken by your pet whilst in our care.
Hot Dog Hols will interact and look after your pet based on the information you provide on the signed booking form. This information must be accurate and updated.
Where Hot Dog Hols are authorised to enter, use or interact with property or equipment belonging to the client, Hot Dog Hols can accept no liability and require client to have adequate insurance in place to cover all necessary requirements.
It is important that you inform Hot Dog Hols of any pre-existing medical conditions and of your pet’s registered vet.
All pets must have updated vaccination certificates before their stay.
In the event of a medical emergency during your pet’s stay Hot Dog Hols will endeavor to take your pet for treatment at the named practice. If this is not reasonably practicable Hot Dog Hols will take your pet for treatment at the closest practice at the time of the emergency. All emergency vets’ fees are the sole responsibility of the owner and must be settled in full without liability ensuing from Hot Dog Hols. Where possible any occurrences of ill health or medical emergency will be communicated with the client prior to any treatment taking place, however Hot Dog Hols reserve the right to provide treatment in-case of a serious medical emergency without prior consent of the client. All associated fees including any legal costs are the sole responsibility of the client.
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
